We are open for lunch from Thursday to Saturday and for dinner from Wednesday to Saturday. Please note that for Friday and Saturday evenings we generally book up to 8-12 weeks in advance and always advise guests to book ahead.
Please note that we use both our ground floor dining room and first floor dining room for reservations. Tables of 6+ are likely to be in our private dining room.
We can cater for most dietary requirements (including vegetarian or vegan versions of our tasting menus) but you must let us know in advance and provide us with as much information as possible. For less able guests please call us to discuss our facilities. Unfortunately, due to the size of the kitchen and nature of our menu we cannot always cater for severe/life threatening allergies. If this applies then please contact us directly to discuss before booking.
Children over the age of twelve are welcome to dine with us. Please ensure you arrive promptly for your reservation. We require lunchtime tables back by no later than 4pm.
For all reservations we require debit/credit card details which are held in a secure PCI-DSS compliant vault. We are a small, independent restaurant and we rely upon bookings being honoured or sufficient notice being given of any changes. For tables of 1-3 guests we request 24 hours notice of cancellation or amendment. For tables with 4-7 diners we require 48 hours notice and for tables of 7 plus we require 72 hours notice of cancellation or amendment. A charge of £25pp will be made if these cancellation terms are not met or a charge of £40pp will be made if you don’t turn up for the reservation or cancel with less than 12 hours notice. Unfortunately our experience of parties failing to cancel or amend bookings, and the detrimental effect this has had on us, dictates that this precaution is now necessary.
Each element of the dish has been planned by our chefs to be part of the overall experience and so we cannot amend or alter dishes for preference.
